Before
- Avoid eating or drinking all kinds of sugar (including starch) for at least 4-5 hours before your session. Instead, eat proteins and vegetables.

- Avoid exercising or any exhausting physical activity right before going into the session. Strenuous physical activities produce excessive heart in your body, making the procedure less effective.
After
- After the session, you need to ensure that you develop a healthy lymphatic system to prolong and maintain the effects of your therapy. Walking is an excellent way to keep your lymphatic system active and in good health.
- Drink water equal to at least half of your body weight, in ounces. Once you’re able to drink that much, increase it by two glasses every day.
- If possible, go to an infrared sauna 72 hours after your session and sweat yourself. This helps get the cells active and increases the efficacy of your cryoskin therapy.

The CryoFacial focuses on your face, so you need to follow some instructions to maintain the results. These include:
Before
- Don’t put any makeup or skincare products on your face before going into the sessions.
- Wear something that gives easy access to your face, neck, and décolleté area.
- Don’t go for a session if you have had Botox in the past 30 days, or fillers in the past 60 days.
- You should also avoid going into sessions if you have had any other abrasive skin treatments done on your face.
After
- Don’t expose your skin to the sun for at least a day or two after the sessions.
- Follow a healthy diet, sleep well, and drink plenty of water to maintain the results of your sessions.
