I purchased a BioScan. Now what?

Now that you have ordered your BioScan, you should have received a hand out in your patient portal outlining next steps. Here are the steps:

1. Fill out the form in your patient portal: login and complete your "Bioscan Form" under the "Questionnaires tab" in your portal. If you are a new patient you will need to register an account in order to complete your form.
2. Collect and deliver your sample: Collect and mail your sample to our sample collection center at 430 Gault Avenue N, Fort Payne, AL 35967. (Note: we do not send a sample collection kit. For more information on how to collect your sample please read this article.)
3. Sample received: Once your sample is received, you will receive a message through your patient portal confirming it was received and your scan will be scheduled.
4. Schedule an appointment: Similar to lab work, once your scans are completed and reviewed, you will receive an a message through your patient portal or a phone call to schedule a time for a family practice appointment with a provider to review your results. This carries a fee of $250 for first time patients or $110 for existing patients. 
5. Results and review: On the day of your appointment, you will receive your results in your patient portal. Please have them accessible to you for review during the time of consultation.
