How do I collect my Bioscan sample?

For a hair sample: All you need is 4-6 strands of hair. It does not need to be cut. You can use a comb or brush and use what is left behind. However, please insure that the hair is yours and not hair left behind from another user.

For a saliva sample: swab the inside of the gum line and cheek on one side with a swab. Using the other end of the swab, do the same thing on the opposite check and gum line.

1. Place either type of sample in a tissue inside a zip top bag.
2. Write your name and DOB on the outside of the bag.
3. Then mail to our sample collection center at 430 Gault Avenue N, Fort Payne, AL 35967.

Please note: It is not advised to mail saliva samples during hot weather because of the risk of mold accumulation on the sample.
